3 million AED was paid to the director who is son of grand daughter of Current Mukasir. Director is a UAE citizen and has a labenese girl friend with a live in relationship. Girl friend regularly models for top brands in gulf region.

Their was a tussle between top 3 bensahebas of qasre Mawali to showcase who can give a better gift on 100 milad and the director was choosen with heavy lobbying from one of the top shots in saifee mahal

A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT INDEED!

if moolaah hadn't re-discovered yemen, perhaps its 75 million inhabitants would have remained in miserable isolation like the tribes of amazon and starved to death. yemen itself would have been wiped off the face of earth and world maps would have just shown a big empty space there, like rub al khali.

su eni niraali shaan chhe...!! (adam, is that pristine arabic?)

HB,

His father is a Yemeni Bohra who is naturalised citizen, they got their nationality 40 years back. Their family are quite devout and only this person is astray if that can be said for film making. He is not your typical bohra, just keeps a trimmed beard and moves around in fancy cars.
By your postings you seem to be based in Kuwait, it would have taken you 2 minutes to verify from your sources in Dubai. Nevertheless if you want i can post Dubai's Aamil and secretaries number and you can give them a call and check out.

And he is a professional film maker.

Hi Asad
Thanks for your info,

Well Its his life, he can live as he wants, if living on his hard earned money. Infact it would have been a struggle for him to break the tradition and fences of Kothari family.

Hey ! I live in Kuwait, in a orthodox surrounding. If I raise questions which are not sweet to any bohra ears, I will be tagged and watched (I have experienced it already). However I don’t have any sources in Dubai to make such enquiry. I will take your word.

Mr.Asad, film making is not going astray, it is a talent and an art , but yes as you mentioned earlier he has a live in relationship with his Lebanese girlfriend , now that is what counts as going astray . I am wondering how come this person was given the contract to make a film on Dai and his re-discovery of Yemen, having such a lifestyle , he should be Baraat from the community , but then everybody knows that the so called Royal Family of DB jamaat has different rules for their family members and their chamchaas, and very different rules for the common DB jamaat members.

And he is a professional film maker.
