As per the news Rashida died this morning (10-01-05) at Jamali Hospital, Mumbai. She was the wife of Shaikh Saifuddin Indorewala, Amil of Husaini mosque in Mumbai. She had tried to commit sucide after consuming poision on 7th Jan and was in coma since then. She was first addmitted in J.J. Hospital and case was registered with Senior Police Inspector, Gaikwad, at J.J. Hospital Police station.
As this hospital being close to Bohra locality and there was constant present of Bohras, Rashida was shifted to Jamali Hospital run under Kothar. It is alleged that Gaikwad was given Rs. 5 lakhs to allow her to shift and hush up the matter.
As per her background Rashida and her earlier husband were working with Dargahe-Hakimi at Burhanpur as sweepers. The manager of Dargah, Shaikh Onali fell in love with her and married her after getting her divereced from her husband. She was third wife of Shaikh Onali. Then Shaikh Onali gave her diverced and Shikh Saifuddin Indorewala married her but it was alleged that she kept relation with Onali. This created rift between her and Shaikh Saifuddin and she tried to commit sucide after constant harassment.
Her death, her burial are kept as secret and as in case of Amil Abdul Qadir everyone in Kothar are tight-lipped. Who is responsible for Rashida's death?

The deceased's actual name is Kaniza. Not Rashida. Not Fatima. She is the daughter of Yusuf Fidaali Masalawala of Malegaon. Her father and brother have rushed to Mumbai but the dead body has been buried on night of 10th Feb. in old Kurla Cemetary which was declared closed a long time back.
Shaikh Saifuddin Indorewala is absconding. He is head of Amils in Vazarat.

I AM ASKING SYDNA AND KHOTHAR GANG TO OPEN UP INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION ON THIS MATTER AND THE CULPRIT TO BE EXPOSED AND PUNISHED.
