Just a thought may be some one from Peerhai family can clarify
Adamjee Peerbhai trust has a lease with Kothari Goons for Saifee Hospital now if the succession is questionable does the Saifee Hospital reverts back to Adamjee Peerbhai Trust?

I think that the "Ownership" issue of Saifee Hospital is still pending in the court of law as the manipulations and forgeries done by Kothar is yet to be decided. Probably Bro Insaf can state the factual position.

In USA and UK Dawat E Hadiyah is registered as Corporate Solo, a non profit religious designation and Dai Ul Mutluq is sole trustee and owner of all the properties under Dawat E Hadiyah USA.

Corporation Sole was initiated in a very clandestine way by Kothar in Canada in the 90's. Luckily some sharp-eyed Reformists in Toronto and elsewhere found out about it. My memory might fail me but the legislation was passed through the House of Parliament and was being second reading in the Senate. This is when it was stopped. Kothar had assembled a few MPs in the Parliament and the Senate to guide it through the two Houses. I am sure some elbows must have been greased for them to steer the legislation. The Senate refused to pass it after many questions were left unanswered. The pivotal question was 'why did the head of a community whose majority members were in India wanted to have a corporation in Canada to conduct its religious activities'.
As I mentioned above, readers can correct me on this.

SBM thank you
Can you help me understand , is the property naming SMB or just Diai as a title
Why I ask ,is Muffy the owner because he claims to be a Diai or he needs to go through legal process to take over and insert his name
Is this an advantage for SKQ because the process will need a court to decide who of the 2 is the rightful Diai.
If it was in SMB name thn SMS can claim paternal inheritance unless SMB has made a will. Which I think there will be a will and it is unlikely the sons will not be the beneficiaries

The trustee is Dai Ul Mutlaq it is whoever is the Dai of the time and not in personal name and that is why both SMB and SKQ are fighting for

Obviously the jamaat members will have no say in how the asset splitting will occur ?
Will the legal battle be on basis of majority following or authenticity of inheritance ?

has to be on authencity of inheritance. muffy twisting arms to get majority and his goons stopping mumineen from visiting kqs will not help.

There is a saying in Mumbai "Kabza bada balwaan hai" and many properties are entangled in multiple court cases because of this reason.
