WE HEARD YOU BOTH, PLEASE LISTEN US NOW
After the wafat of Sayedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb, sadly his own brothers and sons and daughters are openly cursing each other using L-words for each other for the last 20 days. Both parties are making their case in open tug war for the true custodian of the DAIUL MUTLAQ to grab billions of Rupees properties of Dawat e Hadiyah.
After attending the daily cursing sessions of the (A) Syedna Muffadal saheb's group and watching and reading videos and press releases of (B) Syedna Qutbuddin Saheb's group, like 70% Dawoodi Bohras around the globe, we too are more confused and feeling shame of our self being Dawoodi Bohra members.
We understood that the both the groups use their logic and past events to prove their case, without offering an iron clad documents. Group A appears to be in a better position to control the Gadi, because they have physical possession of the properties worth billions of rupees and brainwashed and captive Bohra crowd. No one is offering any new direction or progressive agenda for their followers. They both would like to follow the same Malik and Abdes relation further.
Sadly, few highly influential Bohras have come out to support the group B, making no explicit demands from group B. And that too was not good for the community.
Under this dark cloud, almost 70% of the community members, who are silently but sadly watching the drama and saying La'ant and give phony Mishaqs; found out the following truth by themselves and quietly waiting for the right time to express their true vote.
They have ascertained that if the late Syedna wanted to make NUS to the A or B, he had more than 50 years and more than 48 years of good health to declare it openly and would have groomed the chosen one; like his father did to him. But he did not do it. It means; he had some compulsion to ignore the B and he was not fully capable to choose the A. Even though; he was in and out of the ER (Saifee Hospital) for several times, he did not explicitly declared any one as his true heir. or Daiul Mutlaq. Both the parties are trying their level best to convince the Community; but more than 70% are skeptical and have no interest in this war game; only they know the fact that no one will make any change in their daily sufferings from their Mullahs, Bhai Sahebs and other Kothari Sahebs.
Based on whispering of the Jumaat members; we can summarized their inner wishes as follows;
(i) They think that the late Syedna has elevated the Rutbas of Momins to Frishtas, forcing them to wear Libas e Anwar; and following the dictates of their heads; and his own to very close to the Panjatan and the Almighty Allah Subhanullah; and other Khjuriyahs in between grabbed the position of Dais and Syedna themselves. In the last 50 years; Kotharis and Janabs and others got tremendous power using millions of Rupees for political purposes and controlling the goons to suppress the voice of ordinary Bohras. Even ordinary Gussal Mulla is asking ride, Salaam and Wajifa prior to Dafan or he will withheld Ruku-Chiththi. Accountability and transparency from all the accounts is disappeared. No one can ask anyone about the account or he will be humiliated. Human rights and human values and dignity of Bohras have been reduced to Malik-Slave relationship. Billions of Rupees community fund have been looted by these few people and no one can ask them how the Billions of Rupees real estate properties are bought by these goons all over the globe?.
The Community would like to stop this trend and let the new Syedna becomes Daiul Mutlaq only, not the Almighty and force their Kothari Sahebs to become workers of the community providing certified account of each organization and each project. The community would like to have their human rights, human values, dignity, freedom of expression and voice back. This Sayedna should only be head of religious activities and all Finances should be conducted by a Charter Accountant, who will provide quarterly statement's to believers. The Dai will only be administrator of religious rights and not social & Financial rights. All Waqf properties shoudl be turned over to a third party tem of administrators of Judges, CBI officers and Elite of the community like Khorakiwala, Adil Zainnulbhoy, Chief Jusice Ahmedi and AG Gulam Vahanavaaty, a relative of Muffadal Bhaisab
They also sincerely request that rather than cursing each group and producing phony documents to prove their case of Gadi; they should call few learned, influential and well reputed Bohras to resolve this matter offering new platform and new system to make life easy of the 1.2 million followers.
