Is this what Qarzana Hasana meant for ? If a person is genuinely in need of finances, he has to run from pillar to post for collateral, guarantors etc. This is over the limits

Let us also focus on core point, 6000 USD (mandatory) per family for ikraam fund and I believe orange county jamaat has at least 100 families. Now go do the math.
If they are ready to give 600, 000 USD as Karzaan Hasana? From where have they got this much money? Whose money are they giving for karzan and how and where they will spend this money? The recipient and patron of karzan scheme are same and only poor abde's are asked to pay monthly installments. Looks like a scam.
