It is sad to see RG keeping silent on this legal battle for Daship.

I feel it is the right time for RG to intervene and be the third party in this legal case. We should make a petition to the court stating that this “ vahi “ system has lost its authencity right after 46th Dai. We should be able to provide necessary proof/documents in this matter.

We should appeal to the court to abolish Dai system and instead suggest Bohra community to elect an apex governing council.

Let there be one member from each Jamat who has to be elected with public votes. Selection of candidate for such election can be done by committie of eminent persons of the jamat. Emphasis for selection should be based on moral character, piousness, brotherhood and family background.

Governing council of such elected Jamat members can elect their leader who in turn allot various portfolios like administration, finance etc.to mutually acceptable/ elected persons from the council.

Let such council run our community and herald it from darkness to the light of knowledge and happiness.

Who had taken guarantee of Dai system?Bhai sufi all the system runs on ALLAH'S will & also abolish by his will ,so do not bother about guarantee.
