i am intentionally creating this blog. Inshallah this is call for a coup and overthrow of current leadership that has failed to inspire Islamic or community progression for all Bohras across the world, within challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
1. Remove from office of Dia, Mr Mufadal Saifudinn for failure to deliver responsibility and activities required by the position of a Diai. His lack of capability is now evident as to have been unable to effectively guide the community during the current global covid crisis. He has not delivered any new ruling, sermons etc. He is now only a ceremonial symbol.
2. The appointed Mazoon and Mukasir have failed to step in and take responsibility while the Diai is out of action. There is lack of confidence on their capacity and competence. Their appointment was not on merit.
3. Prevent Mufadal Saifudin's sons from assuming Nass or succession due to their relationship with the Diai. They need to prove their competence and compete for the position of 54th Diai so the most eligible successor takes over .
4. Failure of Fatemi Dawaat and Taher Fakrudin to demonstrate credible alternative to Mufadal Saifudin in a reasonable timely manner. Their current litigation is too long and not likely to deliver a better more prosperous community outcome in near future. FD continue to demonstrate similar to Mufadal Saifudin' systems, such as nepotism and succession within family members.
5. Need for interested parties within Dawoodi Bohra to regroup under new agreed setup, review the Islamic guidelines within Shiaism to appoint the head of religious leadership through legitimate procedures or alternative leadership setup is created carry forward the community vision.
6. Prevent the dawaat under kothar or shezadas on all Bohra matters , that is the princes, jamia scholars , amils and group of rich Bohras, to assume authority , provide instructions or provide religious guidance without independent checks and balances. Prevent them making decisions on utilisation of community wealth and assets. There is risk money will be misused, laundering, siphoned out through corruption. Need immediate action to withdraw authority from Bohra administration to draw funds or transactions on community assets.
7. All Amils in all regions and cities around the world are as a result of above challenges now required to rejustify the validity of their appointments, positions and visa eligibility to deliver their duties .

You are a follower of UMAR LA, you have no concern and rights to anything on shia forum like this, get the F*** out of here and better concentrate on poor and marginalized sunni muslims in your locality, bohras are capable of themself.

Interesting ...let's see where this debate lands.
My comment is DB whether FD, PDB, or MDB, setup the way it is where a HQ in Mumbai or location in India trying to remote control world affairs like a colonial or multinational setup is unsustainable , will crumble within 10yrs. With global immigration likely to slow down , Middle East Bohras returning back those rivers of money will slowly get less lucrative.
EU and America is now very tight not worth them risking it and in many cases they dont get visas.I know you want change faster. It may be happening without people realising it.
The rogue amils are already growing like locusts. As they keep pumping out Jamia qualified taliban brainwashed foot soldiers, who now have European and American passports and spread MDB propaganda and act as baits to funnel funds . They are siphoning money too as their incentives.
Look at real number of die hards, the percentage is less than what we are meant to see and believe. Those thousads you see are it they flock around making you think every region has 10s of thousands. They are 10 to 20 percent, rest are who cares who is a Sayedna. You could plant a pineapple and 60% will be ok to worship it.
