Sorry ben Ateka, but with due respect to your query, I just have another curious thought:- What does your moving into St.Albans have to do with the topic" Bohras and reform"?
Because this an area where if one posts his punches, the other punches the posts !
Debates where if one hits the face, the other faces the hit !
You could post your query in the segment " Bohras looking for help"

Hey Ateka and welcome to the forum.. Just wait for the next community gathering in your town and I'm sure you'll meet people whom you wanna befriend with.. Not sure if this forum is the right place for that..
May I ask, where did you move from and why to St Albans??

Ben Ateka, while you have moved into St.Albans, looks like your query has moved into "the lighter side".
But whats strange is that inspite of a whopping 395 views in just 3 days ( which is no mean achievement bcos I have never managed to get beyond fifty in 3 months) your post has'nt thrown up any responses which could pointedly answer your query. One of the following could be the reason for this :
1) People here simply don't have the bohra statistics for St.Albans because, like me, they too maybe ignorant about its very existence in the first place.
2) You may be the Christopher Columbus among Bohras to move into St.Albans.
3) Like br. Conscious has pointed out- the forum may not be the right place for it.
4) Members maybe too busy wrangling out other hot issues.

And we see that you have consciously kept alive br.conscious's curiosity "May I ask, where did you move from and why to St.Albans ?? "
Maybe if you keep posting frequently you may bump into someone from your town here itself.

hi, you mean St Albans which is 22 miles north of cental London, don't you ? ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Albans ) That pretty much makes you an inhabitant of metropolitan London and there are lot of bohris in and around London.

Try contacting the local Aamil regarding your query (you will get the email id online). I have done it in US and I used to get prompt replies from Aamil sahebs of respective jamats or someone from the jamat would email me.

Its nice to see Ben Ateka's likes for Conscious and Wise_guy's posts which could mean that she has used their tips to track down Bohris in St.Albans. That gives us great joy indeed.
