Recently Shezada Kasimbhai Saheb has not performed a Nikha ceremony of the mumenin at Hyderabad and humiliated both the parties by calling them to the samuh nikha ceremoney and not performed the same because the bride's father has given a signature along with others in the letter of complaint of Amil of Coimbatore to Sayedna.
Can any one guide, in this situation any legal action is possible and can shazada be taken to court of law? which goverment agencies can help in this regards?
