Nadim Ghulamhusenwala's body is yet not released

Dear Friends,
Few days back I had conveyed you that On July 26th, 2009, my close friend Vaji’s son Nadim Ghulamhusenwala, age around 32, at night while walking to his apartment near Buckingham Palace , London , was attacked by a two muggers. He was hit on head by an iron pipe. During robbery he was knocked down on concrete pavement. Later two passerby women found Nadim found Nadim on pavement. His frontal lobe was badly torn and was put on life support. He remained on life support for more than a week and then was taken off the system as there was no chance of his survival. His brain was badly damaged. Vaji is from Godhra, Gujarat, India, and lives in London. Nadim has only surviving brother Imran.
Nadim was a graduate in pathology and also was a medical surgeon. He was a young handsome bachelor 6’ tall.
I know so many of you prayed for him, but almighty had another plan. I have received 100’s of emails praying for his health. Now please pray for his soul. His body is yet not released. Police have caught two criminals with help of CC Cameras. However Criminals’ lawyers are maneuvering for another autopsy. Probably Nadim’s body will be releases and would be laid to rest soon.
Please pray that almighty rests his soul in peace

The one family member wrote to me (Insaf) that since the incident had taken placed in a highly guarded area near Queen's palace to cover they want the family to give in writing that it was case of accident as a pre-condition for the release of dead body.
