How did the cost rise to 6 laks ?

Hospital, beds, equipment is already paid for, I thought they are not supposed to make profits therefore salaries, doctors fees, meals and medicine also at cost price has accumulated to such a a high figure.

Interesting if the lady has no money what will happen will Kothar bankrupt her ?
