Wishing Syedna Saheb Happy 100th Birthday

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

We wish
Syedna Burhanuddin Saheb Happy 100th Birthday
with an earnest appeal to make this occasion really memorable:

Respected Syedna Saheb,
As Salaam Alekum,
Sir, You are now going to compelet 100 years of life. 100 years is big span of life in which a well-wisher of humanity can do wonders. Allah has bestowed upoun you all best things of life one can imagine. Most luxurious lifestyle, absolute loyalty of the faithful, wide political patronage and media support. While wishing you a long and healthy life we feel even at the tail end of your life you can do just two important things for your community and enlist your name in the history:-

1) You are considered as the Inheritor of the Seat of Mercy, an Aambassador of Peace, Humane at heart. You being an Islamic scholar know very well that "Jamatkharij" and "Baraat" (Ex-communication) is un-Islamic. This practice is also not found in the history of Dawat prior to your father. In fact it was Kuffar (unbelievers) of Mecca who had declared social boycott against our holy Prophet (PBUH) and his handful companions and had put them in hardship. Today a peace-loving community of Dawoodi Bohras has been divided due the Baraat declared by you. The hearts are filled with hatred for each other, families have been broken, there are clashes in mosques for observing prayers, marriages are broken and dead bodies are dishounored. Your Shahzadas and Amils are misusing their authority.
We therefore hope that on this happy occasion you will definite announce the obolision of practice of 'Baraat" and unite the community.
It is high time that you lead the community from barbarism to civilisation.

2) Your administration has imposed several taxes on the community and they are ruthless collecting it, not sparing even the poor Bohras. Allah has given so much wealth and resources that your coming seven generations can live in luxury.
On the other hand there is an acute poverty in the community. Your followers are baging for food, education and medical help. This must be hard for you to believe because your Shahzadas always keep you srounded with the filthy rich Bohras who throw crores of rupees to you on every occasion.
We therefore do not want to ask any thing from you but want to request you to instruct your administration not to ask even a rupee further from the community and allow the local Jamats to independently raise fund locally and manage the affairs of the Jamat including repair and maintanance and management of mosques, jamatkhanas, darghahs, Bohra cemetaries, Bohra trusts, local hospitals, madrasas and school. As it was done during the periods of earlier 50 Dais.
Accountibility is central in Islam. Please see that these Jamats make public their audited accounts regularly.

Please do not overlook our request in your hi tech celebration, gift-acceptance hangama and Car-race.

well written appeal Insaf sir.
We all know this megalomaniac
will not listen. In fact, the hyenas in his family continue to
take salaams from the hands of children and the elderly.
Last week my cousin gave one of the zaadas a salaam,
and then another salaam from his dead wife, who passed
away before she could come and see zaada so-and-so.

The jaan*ar took the dead man's salaam as well.
Shame, shame, and more shame on these filthy hypocrite magarmach.

why don't people just salaam with empty envelopes? or play money? or use plain pieces of paper in the envelope? or don't stoop down and salaam at all?

According to Gulshan-e-Ma’alumat by Sheikh Kikabhai Rayaq published by the Raza of Syedna Burhanuddin Saheb in 1973:
52nd Dai Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin Saheb was born on 20th Rabi-ul-Aakhar 1333 hijri that is on 6th March 1915 A.D.

So on 20th Rabi-ul-Aakhar 1432 (this year) he will be only 99 years old according to Hijri calendar.

And on 6th March 2011 (this year) he will be only 96 years according to English calendar.

That means 52nd Dai Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin Saheb will be 100 years old on 20th Rabi-ul-Aakhar 1433 or on 6th March 2015.

So Syedna Saheb has got one full Hijri year or 4 full English years to work on our suggestions.

Have you heard the economist..money now is better than a year later...why wait a whole year for the Najwas..

In Australia what I have noticed is the Amil has a field day...he could not have had a better birthday bash..

100s of darees..each darees his kids and wife and himself make close to $100..then there is some donations for a school in India, a cut in the Najwa..

Then the Zada will get his collections...

while all this he never needs to cook..so probably his kitched is idle....

My two cents:

The Khwarijis labelled Ali (a.s) as a Kafir. Ali (a.s) defended his position. He never attacked them as they were still under the broad banner of Islam. Ali (a.s) highlighted an important aspect of the beauty of Islam which the last two Dai's have knowingly failed to recognize. The aspect of tolerance and the freedom of thought and expression.

It was only after the Khwarjis started killing and looting men, women and children who were loyalists of Ali (a.s), did Ali (a.s) declare war on them. That too, after intense negotiations, which ultimately reduced their numbers drastically.

On the other hand, It was Muawiya's policy to rule with an iron fist.

syedna did the same thing like Imam Ali he gave this reformist 10 years to negotiate, but if you see the list of wants of this progs u will realize they dont want to enter the inner circle of islaam and wants to stay in islaam without recognising sunnah of prophet and quraan.only after no way out syedna declared baraat on them, coz its not possible to rage a war in this era.just to save other momeen getting effected by this nifaaq.

even in progs after intense negotiations, which ultimately reduced their numbers drastically.even today he is calling progs to enter imaan.

Someone from Sydney forwarded an email of the accesses of the Milad...when was the last time we celebrated any Islamic Imam or Prophets English b'day.
6th March is Aqa Maula’s (TUS) English Birthday

We continue our celebrations for the 100 Milad, Sunday is the Cricket Finals at the XXXXX Reserve.

As part of celebrations of Huzurala’s (TUS) English Birthday, CAKE IS A MUST.

A maximum of six cakes will be allowed on first come first serve basis with the following themes:
100 Milad
52
Milad Mubarak
Long live our Maula

The cakes will be on display with the person’s name who has baked it. Janab Aamilsab will then complete the cake cutting ceremony.

We encourage all, young and old with baking skills to come forward to show your talent as well as spirit of celebrating Maula’s (TUS) Birthday.
