Yoga is a good form of exercise and workout. Giving it a religious tone doesn't suit a reformist thought process. Grow up! What is wrong in doing Yoga? Just because it originated in India through Hindus?

dawedaar you sound sensible in other post but you lost plot on this one. listen bro, yoga is actually different positions which is meant for the worship of different Hindu deities, you can ask any learned hindu and they will say the same. muslims have namaaz to be followed we dont need any yoga.

Everything has religious connotations to them so that people try to follow them for their benefits. When the whole world is adopting yoga for its benefits, I don't see why it has anything to do with religion. Don't act like the Wahabis, Azam Khans, the Owaisis or the Ulemas of Deobandi Darul Uloom!
