This dude is tahir Qadri a firq called Minhaj Ul dawah. I have heard about this Firq they are sunni followers but bit more closer to Shia Islam. Being sunni they celebrate Moharram and Ashura.

yes of course they are not wahabi and thats why they are quoting hadith which is in praise of panjatan
