Its a mistake to shut off these abde sayednas, 'trance' and 'moomin052´ They were just showing and proving their inteligence. Not only that, I am sure even the kotharis would be embarassed at their language and their reasoning.

It totally agrees with Anwar. At the most admin. should have edited few lines from their posts.
It shows immaturity on the part of admin. and he should be made accountable.

Admin's reason for banning these illustrious kothari mumins was their use of objectionable language, not the subject matter itself. I think.

I would say, instead of banning them outright from this site, their language should be edited, they are the manifestation of a culture that has been developed over the years, and intolerance and ignorance meted out to all bohras. especially the ones who are overzealeous and frim believers. the culture of dissent and accountability have been reduced to non existent level. but by having them on this site, sane people may judge the difference between education and ignorance.

No matter what your views are on Kothari Bohras, it would be grossly inaccurate to say that the profanities and obscenities used by those banned is truly representative of the way Bohras speak or that the profanities are the result of the teachings of their culture or the teaching of Sayedna. Those banned did not truly manifest the Bohra or, to my knowledge, any other human culture.
I think that the board is tolerant of the views of the Kothari Bohras as long as they are expressed in a temperate language which enhances the quality of debate.

I have to agree with porus. We used to have another kothari called qiyam until a couple of years ago who never resorted to this kind of language but was the amongst the staunchest of Syedna's followers.

Of every 10 kotharis I come across, "atleast" 8 are very rude and intolerant and freely use abusives like lanat na tukda, kinzeer, jahannami, iblees, kutra etc. Sayedna being the apex of kothar , cannot be absolved of this behaviour of his followers especially when they treat him almost as God. The laanats he utters in waaz on not only the caliphs but on the present day detractors does influence his followers on a subconscious level. They are conditioned to curse anyone with a differing viewpoint.
Sayedna sanctions such behaviour and he is definitely responsible for the conduct of people like mumin_mukhlish, trance etc. Those banned actually truely represent kothar if not all bohras. People like qiyam are very rare in kothar and they are already on their way out from kothar (a dying breed!). We haven't seen a tolerant and patient kothari on this board for the past couple of years. Kothar is beoming more rude, abusive and aggressive with every passing day.

In essence, if someone has so much control over almost all aspects of your life, your behavior must be reflecting his own behaviour and his teachings. They don't call him "aqa" or "bawa shafiq" for nothing.

admin,
you are inconsistent with your censorship, whilst you allow the progs to write derogatory words and defame our mola, morons like Tahir and all the others, yet you silence people who reply back and take a stance.
Surely a very biased site.

Quote from Mr. Engineer
Values, not rituals are essence of religion
by Asghar Ali Engineer
Further tragedy is that when this happens reform movements arise trying to restore original spirit of the religion but the reform movements, if ?successful? themselves become another powerful establishment and original values are once again lost sight of. Some reformist dogmas rule the roast at the cost of those fundamental values.

jamanpasand,
I request you to post a message just once under the relevant thread. Don't mind, but it is irksome to see the same post across different threads. It renders the entire systemetic concept of having seperate topics for different subjects useless. I get a very limited time of internet and when I click on a topic indicating a new post, I don't expect to see the same message which I already read in the other thread.
Also, you can consider availing the easy to use html features to make your messages more intelligible.

Truth is always bitter.
Mumin52 and Trans were just telling truth and were banned due to bitterness of their truth while Anajmi and Tahir just spit lies so obviously they look sweet and can't be banned.

O mukhlis'est of mumineen,
Please tell the truth (minus the obsceneties, profanities and expletives) and see if you are banned.
That will prove if telling the truth gets you banned.
