I dont see anything wrong with the above pictures. Thats the message Dai is sending by taking an "unknown Hindu man's" testimony to validate the daiship. That tells these innocent mumineen that its OK if they come to our masjid because they are respected there, and its also OK for mumineen to go to their temple too.

It might be hefty amount for the one paying it. Don't judge. How can we assume income and therefore capability of paying najwa of one Mumin over another? This too at the cost of not paying zakat ul maal because that's where numbers are manipulated from one column to another. If I was in that mumins shoes, and with little resources, I would have no say in the matter.
