Sounded too good to be true so I asked our local jamaat commitee member. Here's his response and my questions which were not answered or cut off by usual BS

Member: We are providing mumineen with "new things" tv, fans,

Me: but he cannot afford electricity bill what is he going to do with "new things"

Member: not our responsibilty

Member: We are helping mumineen with rebuilding their home, giving the new homes or fixing their walls, doors, paint, appliances etc. In some cases we have even provided them with entirely new home and bigger homes

Me: A person who cannot afford the existing home, who is not making enough money to fix the existing problem, aren't you putting him into bigger trouble by providing him with things he cannot afford? simply put he cannot afford existing property taxes, how can he afford on bigger house ?

Me: So what exactly is DH or Jamaat doing to bring this poor mumin up, how is his life or standard of living improved ? You can give me a bmw right now, but if I cannot afford to put petrol in it, its useless to me.

So is this just another sham ? I am not able to see the hidden agenda in all the smoke and mirror.

Think of it in a business sense. The "new" things are going to come from someone and will not be free.

Amil makes Rs 2,000 x 100 = Rs200,000 only investment make convincing bayan and farman
Shezada Rs 1,000 x 1000 for 10 jamats Rs 1,000,000 only investment a phone call to 10 Amils
Moula Rs 1,000 x 1000 for 100 jammats Rs 10,000,000 only investment is good idea
Shk Dukanwalla Rs2,000 x10 deals Rs20,000 investment salam to Amil

Bichara Gharib will watch TV serials Bahoo Saas Jagra on channel 5 day and night and wonder when tifin will arrive and will now sign up and register for sabeel and wajebaat.

The basic nature of humans is to want to control other humans. Belief in God may be one way to achieve this but not the only one as we saw with the communist Soviet Union as one example.

but the fake babas who act against islam and yet claims to be islamic leaders are main cause of problems in real world.

However we have madhabs who claim they know what the prophet or Quran intended. Thats the challenge whose interpretation?
