Daniel Pearl, 38, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, had been investigating a story on links between Pakistani militants and alleged "shoe bomber" Richard Reid of the U.K. Pearl was lured by the promise of an exclusive interview, taken hostage by a militant group calling itself The National Movement for the Restoration of Pakistani Sovereignty. The Militant group, using the free email account kidnapperguy@hotmail.com, CLAIMED the reporter is a CIA agent — no, wait, a Mossad agent — and gives the U.S. 24 hours — no, make that 48 hours — to meet its demands, which range from freeing all Pakistani terror detainees to releasing a halted U.S. shipment of F-16 fighter jets to the Pakistani government. The deal never came and Daniel Pearl disappeared until a videotape appeared. According to Pakistani officials quoted by news agencies, a videotape shows an assassin slashing the reporter's throat immediately after Pearl says into the camera: "I am a Jew, my mother is a Jew." Several sources said the final scene shows Pearl's decapitated body, the knife sitting by his chest and one of his captors holding his severed head. Fahad Naseem, a suspect in the case, said that Pearl was kidnapped & kiled because he was "anti-Islam and a Jew." The DIVINE book of sahih hadiths of the sunni-wahabis is clear in the following two verses: "...no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for the killing of (a disbeliever).""..and the judgment that no Muslim should be killed for killing an infidel." Volume 1, Book 3, Number 111: Narrated Ash-Sha'bi: Abu Juhaifa said, "I asked Ali, 'Have you got any book (which has been revealed to the Prophet apart from the Qur'an)?' 'Ali replied, 'No, except Allah's Book or the power of understanding which has been bestowed (by Allah) upon a Muslim or what is (written) in this sheet of paper (with me).' Abu Juhaifa said, "I asked, 'What is (written) in this sheet of paper?' Ali replied, it deals with The Diyya (compensation (blood money) paid by the killer to the relatives of the victim), the ransom for the releasing of the captives from the hands of the enemies, and the law that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for the killing of (a disbeliever). Volume 4, Book 52, Number 283: Narrated Abu Juhaifa: I asked Ali, "Do you have the knowledge of any Divine Inspiration besides what is in Allah's Book?" 'Ali replied, "No, by Him Who splits the grain of corn and creates the soul. I don't think we have such knowledge, but we have the ability of understanding which Allah may endow a person with, so that he may understand the Qur'an, and we have what is written in this paper as well." I asked, "What is written in this paper?" He replied, "(The regulations of) blood-money, the freeing of captives, and the judgment that no Muslim should be killed for killing an infidel." Volume 4, Book 52, Number 286: Narrated Salama bin Al-Akwa: "An infidel spy came to the Prophet while he was on a journey. The spy sat with the companions of the Prophet and started talking and then went away. The Prophet said (to his companions), 'Chase and kill him.' So, I killed him." The Prophet then gave him the belongings of the killed spy (in addition to his share of the war booty).
