We all know how the arrogant Arab or the rest of so-called Muslim countries did NOT say boo! when the Gujrati Muslims were mercilessly slaughtered by the Hindus in India recently. To the Arabs the Indian and Pakistanis are Misquins - or beggars and hence do not deserve any sympathy or solidarity. Which Arab or Muslim country for that matter came to the rescue or granted refuge to the Ugandans and other nationals of Indian and Pakistani origin from Trinidad, Fiji, Guyana, Zaire, South africa, Tanzania, Madagascar etc.? However, the Indian and Pakistanis always support in solidarity any downtrodden Muslim regardless of their ethnic origin or race - and not only their fair-weather friends. That's Islam and humanity dear brothers and sisters - not some of the Arab variety which is being exhibited recently.
Even look at Pakistan itself. Hundreds of Shias (including prominent doctors, professionals and business people have been murdered in Pakistanis). Not one murderer seems to have been apprehended or successfully prosecuted or convicted. But when it came to the murder of the American, Pearl, the Pakistanis have a person already being prosecuted - within less than one month of the murder. American money talks, one would presume!!
The haven't even caught any one for the cold-blooded murder of the first Prime Minister of Pakistan Liaqat Ali Khan. So what chance do the rest of the citizenry have to secure fair justice?

The theme of the march is "STOP THE WAR AT HOME AND ABROAD"
Among their demands:
-A U.S. foreign policy based upon social and economic justice, not military and corporate oppression.
-An end to the degrading and secret imprisonment of immigrants.
10:30am Gather at Sylvan Theatre (SW side of Washington Monument)
11:00am Stop the War Rally
1:00pm March to the Capitol
3:00pm Rally on the Mall (3rd street facing Capitol Bldg)
Please visit the following website for more information
http://www.unitedwemarch.org/
and the following links for local groups you can reach out to and calendar of local events you can participate in http://www.unitedwemarch.org/calendar.p ... s.jsp
On the same day (April 20), the A.N.S.W.E.R coalition (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) is organizing a National March on Washington DC (Assemble 11 a.m. at the White House) and Another one in San Francisco (Assemble 11 a.m. at Dolores Park (19th & Dolores Sts.)). The theme of the march is
"STOP OUTRAGEOUS ATTACKS ON MUSLIM AND ARAB PEOPLE! STOP THE ATTACKS ON CIVIL LIBERTIES!
SAY NO TO WAR AND RACISM!"
Information on the coalition, the march, the contacts, the logistics/transportation may be found in the following website
http://www.internationalanswer.org
and in the following links
http://www.internationalanswer.org/news ... sport
We urge every Muslim, Arab, and all people of conscience to participate in these rallies. This is a very important Rally, and all chapters need to work hard to mobilize their communities. Work with Islamic centers and local Muslim organizations. Reach out to other minorities and other religious and
civil rights groups. In particular, chapters that are at reasonable distance from DC should work hard to arrange for buses to bring thousands of people to the Rally.
