In my opinion, the Abrahamic covenant referred to in the Bible and the Quran is the Holy Imamat.

The Abrahamic Covenant and the Holy Imamat:
Genesis 15
1 After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision:
"Do not be afraid, Abram.
I AM YOUR SHIELD, your reward will be very great."
2 But Abram said, "O Sovereign Lord , what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?"
3 And Abram said, "You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir."
4 Then the word of the Lord came to him: "This man will not be your heir, BUT A SON COMING FROM YOUR OWN BODY WILL BE YOUR HEIR."
Genesis 17:7 I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, TO BE YOUR GOD AND THE GOD OF YOUR DESCENDANTS AFTER YOU.
Genesis 17:9 And God said unto Abraham, “THOU SHALT KEEP MY COVENANT THEREFORE, THOU, AND THY SEED AFTER THEE IN THEIR GENERATIONS.”
Genesis 18:17 And the LORD said, Shall I hide from
Abraham that thing which I do;
Genesis 18:18 SEEING THAT ABRAHAM SHALL SURELY BECOME A GREAT AND MIGHTY NATION, AND ALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED IN HIM?
Genesis 18:19 FOR I KNOW HIM, THAT HE WILL COMMAND HIS CHILDREN AND HIS HOUSEHOLD AFTER HIM, AND THEY SHALL KEEP THE WAY OF THE LORD, TO DO JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
Quran
2:124 – “And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he fulfilled: He said: "I WILL MAKE THEE AN IMAM TO THE NATIONS." He pleaded: "And also (IMAMS) from my offspring!" He answered: "But My Promise is not within the reach of evil-doers."
Abraham was already a Prophet and Messenger of Allah, but it was after he fulfilled Allah’s trials that he was given the Imamat. And this Imamat continues in the progeny of Abraham as Allah promised.
3:33 – “Allah did choose Adam and Noah, the family of Abraham, and the family of Ìmrán ABOVE ALL PEOPLE,”
3:34 – “Offspring, one of the other: And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.”
The Imamat was bestowed on the family of Noah, descended to the family of Abraham and then was present with the family of Imran and the family of Abu Talib. These families are chosen above all others.
6:82 – “Those who believe and obscure not their belief by wrongdoing, theirs is safety; and they are rightly guided.”
6:83 – “That is Our argument. We gave it unto Abraham against his folk. We raise unto degrees of wisdom whom We will. Lo! thy Lord is Wise, Aware.”
6:84 – “And We bestowed upon him Isaac and Jacob; each of them We guided; and Noah did We guide aforetime; and of his seed (We guided) David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward the good.”
6:85 – “And Zachariah and John and Jesus and Elias. Each one (of them) was of the righteous.”
6:86 – “And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot. Each one (of them) did We prefer above (Our) creatures,”
6:87 – “With some of their forefathers and their offspring and their brethren; and We chose them and guided them unto a straight path.”
6:88 – “Such is the guidance of Allah where with He guideth whom He will of His bondmen. But if they had set up (for worship) aught beside Him, (all) that they did would have been vain.”
6:89 – “Those are they unto whom We gave the Scripture and Command and Prophethood. But if these disbelieve therein, then indeed We shall entrust it to a people who will not be disbelievers therein.”
6:90.1 – “Those are they whom Allah guideth, SO FOLLOW THEIR GUIDANCE.”
Allah clearly instructs us to follow the guidance of those whom He has guided. The Imams have been Guided by Him, so we follow their guidance.
19:58 – “These are they unto whom Allah showed favour from among the prophets, of the seed of Adam and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the revelations of the Beneficent were recited unto them, they fell down, adoring and weeping.”
4:54 – “Or do they envy mankind for what God hath given them of his bounty? but We had already given the HOUSE OF ABRAHAM the BOOK and WISDOM, and conferred upon them a GREAT KINGDOM.”
21:72 – “And We bestowed on him (Abraham) Isaac and, as an additional gift, (a grandson), Jacob, and We made righteous men of every one (of them).”
21:73 – “And We made them IMAMS, guiding (men) by Our Command, and We inspired them to do good deeds, to establish regular prayers, and to give Zakat; and they constantly served Us (and Us only).”
