i have been looking for a movie whose name i have missed out.

its a English movie about a man who claims to be 10k years old and in the course of movie very conveniently proves it to his audience of well learned professors.

i just want the name of the movie if any one else has seen it. i think it was released in 2007-08

thanks but this looks like some old movie, the one i am referring was released somewhere in 2007-09 period in all probability.

I have seen the movie but i have missed out on the name,

synopsis of the movie:

a Professor is leaving his Job and all his colleagues come to his home for a farewell, in the course of discussion he reveals that he is 10k years old and is on the earth since prehistoric age. First his colleagues take it as a Joke but when they find that he is serious about it they probe him further. and astonishingly he has answers for each and every thing and convinces every one that he infact is 10k year old. Movie has some interesting twists and turns and the intellectual debate is quite interesting.

I dont think it grossed some major rankings and might have tubed without much of a trace, so chances of people watching it is slim.

yes i had seen the movie when it was released, downloaded it through torrents.

i agree that it starts on a great note but takes too long to settle in. it could have been made in a more refined manner.

what i like about it is the possibility of it in all absurdness, people try to discredit the protagonist but they are not able to and in the end every one some how wants to believe him till he is forced to say that it was all a hoax.

quite interesting if you give the whole concept more thought like how a person living out for 14k years will define things like time, love, relations, age and foremost Religion like he claims that he was Jesus and thought people what he learned from Buddha
