any one out there can explain,
1, why the goonda committee of u.s. and atlanta are compulsory demanding salams for smb and muffi and mazoom and mukasir; regardless whether you run a liquor store, whether you sell beer and wine, whether you sell cigarettes, whether you sell lottery tickets, whether you have to pay a mortgage on your house or business .
why is this goonda committee of atlanta demanding such monies for their holier than holy smb, mansoos, mazoom and mukasir. these salams alone comes up to a hefty sum. I like this business. Me sitting in india and salams coming to me from all over the world. Are the bohris that crazy.
I am presently in bombay where i am going to celebrate my birthday and amils all over the world are cutting cakes as if it was their birthday. does this make any sense to any of you.

if you say this is the biggest hypocrisy then you must be blind to all other really truly bigger ones. Salaams or nazrana is when we do nazar on the person as in eyeball to eyeball contact. And it is whatever you desire to willingly part with and sometimes you may not want to do nazrana with money. This is not hypocrisy but the right term for it is shameful greed. similarly collecting $27 per child zakaat from each Madrassa going child is also part of this greed. Used to be they collected only silat ul Imam on two eids but now it is 3-4 envelopes for faker najwa 4 or 5 times a year, no money goes to the intended person , it is all collected to buy properties and rent them out in all posh places in the world and converts black money into white and everything is bought under the tax-free name of Dawat e Hadiyah so no taxes on anything. This is nothing but greed without bounds. And everyone at all levels in between get their cut.
The big dai is nowadays helpless and immobile or in-attentive to the public due to his old age, so all the Aamils have become mini-dai(S) and have become very arrogant and haughty and can not or will not listen to anyone and act like little Napoleans.
Hypocrisy is when they refuse to admit that they are Dai-worshiping cult but still do Sajdas to him and drool on every word or vaez or vasila of him and announce that koi bhi momin yeh nemat si mehroom na rahe. Now same thing is happening with the Mansoos.

i say hypocrisy, because they do not practice what they preach.

The main problem with the people here is that they are so very scared about raising thier voice against the jamaat ,I have seen normal families inside thier home are unhappy and abusing the people who are attached in the jamaat trade and other activities,But they are scared that they will be outcasted from the community and who will marry thier kids,where will they get burried,who will come to thier house and so much more,The day if we all stand up and outcaste them.We have to organise the whole jammat thing and have to give a feeling of security to the people who wants to stand against the so call commune.

atlanta has taken this step. marraiges have been performed by a local moallim for a bohri couple, when the goonda committee demanded huge sums. doctors and engineers and learned people hardly attend their hyped up social money collecting get to gethers. The progerrive and thinking bohras have found out enough to know about this two faced and lying goonda committee and their leader. They have had enough. The progressive jamaat also has their own social hall for their children and adults to participate and enjoy each others company and be happy.

Here now it has become very ovious that if you want to make money start licking bhaisahebs a**.I know few people who come to thier work place once in a week but they keep buying properties and they have so much of money.One day I told this guy,Kya baat hai boss masjid ke paise Sai chamak rahe ho,This guy said,Yes of you have a talent then you also go and make money there.

Collect as much as the abdes can give and much more to support his extravagant life style. The day his father, our Aqua Moula was on his deathbed, SMS was in Sri Lanka buying a multi million us dollar property for his “ash o aaram”. The property cost us US$13 million.

SMS forces the East African Jamaat to host his hunting expeditions. This does not come cheap; each safari costs abdes in millions of shillings. I still wonder why nobody is bothered about the slaughter of elephants and lions etc. Should he not face the music from the general public? Then why not? Are the authorities paid off to keep the matter a hush hush.

There are thousands of poor in our native India. SMB scheme for tiffin was good until the dawaat found free tiffin was slowly eroding their billions so came in the price for tiffin.

I am told in East Africa, there was a very rich family, Karimjee Jivanjee family, who looked after the poor of our community. Every month the poor would get a monthly allowance for basic necessities of life. Medical was free not just for poor but all the Bohras who chose to go to a certain doctor retained by KJ family.

Such families still exist in Nairobi and Mombasa and I am sure there are many more in India as well.

To day we have one way traffic from our pockets to SMS. “Jo tame apso to 70 ghani sawaab thase ”. This should equally apply to SMS but does he care?

The Dawaat has titles like "mulla" shaikh"plus “kadam”, “ziyafaat” and much more for sale. Price tag in US dollars and only the mega rich may apply.

Question is do we need somebody else or “ghadi chalti hey to chalne do”.

We have a choice for 53 Dai. SMS or SKQ. Let “awam” decide. Let us have a poll.
Poll for head of community and poll for all the jamaat trustees from top to bottom.

I think there's also another one hosted independently for making your voice heard.

I think there is much to be said and done at individual grassroots level, and it is likely happening. Problem is that the SMS camps activities and presence is so pompous and known worldwide, that even big positive steps in SKQ movement is foreshadowed.

Now is not time to get disheartened or make any assumptions or judgement. It's time only for action, at all levels.

Have you seen Asaram Bapu, Sri sri ravishankar, Swami Nityanand and the most corrupt politician, Sharad Pawar ?? They all dress in white !! Even the late gangster Sabir (brother of Dawood Ibrahim) use to wear white outfits only, complete with white shoes.

3) Each n every Mumineen will receive statement at the end of the month. No funds collected from hard earn Mumineen will be allowed to be mishandled.

4) I will appoint the most Learned n Educated people in all the Departments n Administrations to run the affairs of the Community in the best possible requirements of the Mumineen.

5) The title of Sheikh will be abolished as no Mumineen will have STATUS n everyone will have equal rights. Title of Sheikhs will only be given to the deserving learned person in Arabic n not securing with money. As no Community in the World has STATUS except Dawoodi Bohra.

6) I will build 2 n 3 bed roomed Flats for all 3675 Mumineen Families staying below n under poor condition in slums of Mumbai. Even if they follow me or not or even are not my follower but I will still fulfill my duty.

7) I will give the privileged to Widows n Orphans to make sure they have good living like other middle class Mumineen.

I will make sure that every young Boys n Girls are Educated at the highest University level n will also make sure they follow proper Islamic Shariat.

9) & 10) are missing. May be lost in transit?

11) I will ask Ladies to continue with their job to support her Husband until such time her Husband is engaged in business which is my main goal n ambition.

12) I will not ask anyone to keep beard or wear topi only if he wishes to do on his own will.

16) There will be a freedom of speech at all level. Every Mumineen without any interference will have right to give views of running the affairs of the Community in the right n Progressive direction.

17) I will deposit 3 billion rupees initially in Jamaat account for the welfare of the Community for good cause. My Family member will not be allowed to take any advantage of this or any fund.

18) Masjid will only be used for Prayers n not for any recreational purpose.

19) Timing of any Waaz for Moharram or any Important nights will not exceed more then one hour maximum.

20) Misaqs will be taken once in a year n in proper Islamic Shariat where you are only obligatory to Prophet SAW n his Imams only n no one else. >

21) All Chairman n secretary in all Jamaats will be elected by public n I will not appoint anyone of my choice.

22) There will be no need for permission to be taken for any religious or even non religious functions.

23) No names on birth of Children will be given by me. Parents have every right to choose the name of their Children.

24) I will stop all Majlis or Waaz durIng day time n move to the night time to get maximum crowd. This will stop anyone to ask permission from work or closing the businesses or also taking permission from Schools.

25) All burials money will paid from the funds of Jamaat so the family concern does not have any hassles or to worry during the grieved period.

26) Wedding n Marriages ceremonies will be done without any hassles which ever the places they wish to choose.

27) Ziyafats will not be mandatory. Anyone wishes to do Ziyafat will pay minimum of $100 only. There will be no fix amount. All the money will be used for the widow fund.
