Come Ramadan can every Bohra reformist still in mainstream bohra , oppressed orthodox , or fence seater not pay wajebat when asked to. If Amil asks 500 say only 100 is possible . Make it extremely difficult for the Amil to get away.

Those who are worried of zakat give it as 2.5% only and if you can find a needy person in the bohra who can benefit. If you don't want to give the reformists send the money to your friends or relatives. You don't have to give it to the Amil to get your obligation accepted. If you don't believe this reason, don't give it to the Amil at any cost , if you really have to give him minimum.

Let's bleed the bloody kothar.

Can those who are not sure at least send what's app message around to arouse the rebellion that this is the year of the end of oppressive wajebat. If kothar are reading let them know this is peaceful to start but if they want confrontation so be it.

make a pledge for yourself and future generation... present fair vajebat according to your finanacial condition... not accepted WALK-OUT... convince one of your friends to do the same

i am with the cause but let us keep in mind whatever we say over here does not make any impact on anyone, so convincing part should go from door to door, to each and every city by sending representatives from reformist jamaat. we have to organize seminars and meetings with common bohra folks and make them understand all this issues.
Until this is done nothing can come into action. Physical presence and movement is a must.

I have seen that messages that are posted here find their way to people through whatsapp.... you don't need seminars or door-to-door propaganda when you have such a powerful tool in your hand.... copy paste this and send it to all you know... in a day or two, this will become viral!

AW I agree with your suggestions but this is a start .

This protest against high unaccounted taxes is a silent, passive non aggressive protest option. This is where we can demonstrate we will protest on our own, no external help or involvement .

But in this case each and everyone who is serious about reforms have to do their part.

Allah ni akal di ho to khud gareeb majboor rishtedaar aur musalmaano ko apni akal se dedo.

both SKQ and muffy dont belong to blood line of Muhammed(s) neither they can prove they are official representative of IMAM(s). so they both dont qualify to collect zakaat.
