conversion of dates from english calendar to the bohra one

Hi All,

so I am aware that all bohras have English birthdays as well as gujurati birthdays.
Can someone explain to me to how to calculate the gujurati birthday from the English date? and does it remain constant?

tame dawoodi vohraon ni tauheen kari chho, alavi bohra nu calendar dekhariney...???!
