Today Sh. Quid Johar bs has officially accepted that there is a split on the 53rd Dai.

The owner of all dawat e haadiya properties is the DAI. It is the court of Law which will decide who the owner is and court of law will recognize written proof which gives maazoon saaheb a upper hand.
