Well, got news that the San Antonio Aamil is sponsoring the masjid that will be built there. For those who don't know, this Aamil or his sons were charged in court for some fraud/counterfeiting in their business. Good for the people there though!

Update: Surprisingly, the people in San Antonio have no clue about the masjid construction. Only the Aamil knows about the details!

san Antonio mumineen; WATCHY OUT. this amil is a gunda of Muffy and has a snake up his sleeve. Atlanta mumineen are still crying because building Allahs house of peace in Atlanta was never the intention of the corrupt bhaisaheb of atlanta jamaat. Big monies have been grabbed by the amil and now he and his family are gone forever.

you are right think - from what I have heard from whispers, there could be a hidden agenda. The aamil is a green card holder. He's trying to remain in the US (eventually to get a US citizenship) under the pretext of building this masjid. Otherwise, he would have also got marching orders. He has strong ties with the Bhai sahebs and might as well have got funding from them in the form of qardan hasanah or something.
