As a laymen p.o.v Matam means expressing GRIEF and so its not only restricted to Shiah or Bohra but it can be done by followers of any religion be it Hindu, Muslim, Christians, Sikh, parsis...... I believe when people are in extreme grief matam happens automatically.

How can a person do Matam when he is in Happy mood?

Bohras can do Matam 24/7 ............. who says they do not do it when they are happy ............ they even do it in WEDDINGS ..............

1. sabeel, 2. thaali 3. zakaat 4. vajebaat etc

any one who opens a bank account will be in economic slavery of the kothar. Forum readers you might consider warning your relatives.

It has long gone when Bohras use to associate and attach Matam with Grief for Hussain ............ now it is just a mere ritual. Just observe abdes doing Matam after Farz namaz and you will realize what they really believe Matam is ........... it has become a part like bohras have Majlis or Darees on EACH and EVERY occasion; they do matam 24/7 because it is simply NOT something associated with great Gham-e-Hussain .......... or in fact with any Gham, they now believe that 'we have to do Matam for More-La Khushi; because More-La and his henchmen say this'.

Latest sad news that NAKURU Masjid was not opened because the 10 Million was not raised in time by Nakuru Jamat for opening and waqf of Masjid. They could only raise half i.e. 5 Million..... The cost of masjid was 20 Million built and donated by the Royals but Muffy got upset that no contribution came from Nakuru Mumenin and instead could raise only 5 Million instead of 10 Million. but second position does not automatically mean he is mazoon
there is vast difference
it is not vice versa
anybody can be in second position, if mazoon is not there--but he doesnt become mazoon
only because he was in second position.
but if someone is mazoon, he automatically becomes second in position.
mazoon is a rutba, while second position is not rutba.
in todays time, there is no mazoon of muffy, but many may claim second in position
but once he appoints mazoon, he will automatically will become second in position.

Correct. Mazoon is not infallible.
The Dai and his Mansoos are infallible.
If the Mansoos also happens to be the Mazoon, then he is infallible as well, because he's the Mansoos.
But not all Mazoons and Mansoos, thus not all Mazoons are infallible.

I don't have a copy of it, i'm just aware of a few facts.
Since you are fro the KQ group, you can ask them to show it to you since they have all the documents submitted to court. If they don't show it to you, you'll know they are hiding something.

Yes. The Imam is required for salvation, and during his Satr the belief in the Dai Mutlaq is required for salvation.
If the KQ clan accept KQ as their Dai, they should have the similar belief.
