what is progress all about?

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

after spending some time on this forum this is my conclusion about this website and what is actually progress here.

1) dump off sunnate Muhammed(s)
2)look and live like kafir
3)avoid all kind of discipline
4)disrespect ahlul bayt
5)disrespect prophet(s)
6)finally deny existence of god

You have got it so wrong...people come to this site to debate and discuss ideological issues.

It is not propagating any deviant ideology. You are misreading.

In fact Quran permits believers to question and clarify their faith ..there is no sin to not take anything for granted.

I do not think anyone abuses or jokes about Prophets or Imams...

Talking about them or critically analysing historical events is not forbidden.

If you have gone to University or done advanced courses you would understand ...it is not like sabaq which is one way knowledge transfer.

you know what even salman rushdi is good writer but he is so cursed that finally he made joke on prophet(s).

same with many members here they seems to write well but when it some to obey and follow sunnat of rasullah(s) they reluctant and want to deviate from it by giving every possible reasons.

first follow basic sunnah of Muhammed(s) then try to preach Quran, no wonder this whole progressive movement is failure and didnt achieved any thing in last 40 years, and even today they are not able to do any thing against dawat.

bro taher,
u say first follow sunnah and then preach Quran.
but this is exactly opposite to what prophet said also opposite to chronological order of things.
Quran came first and then sunnah.
so first we have to learn and preach Quran and then only follow sunnah.
