There will be a CELEBRATION in any case .......... Win or loose, if they Win (and chances are as the court will allow the father to also spent time with kids, the only thing is WHERE, as the US court would have no jurisdiction if they were allowed out of US, and may be KQ will argue that, so may be they will be allowed to visit within US only).

That is big hogwash. SMS Goondas have put lot of duress on his wife and son as they are there for personal property related issues. Goonda committee of SMS are putting a teenage boy under lot of pressure, I hope Taizoon Shakir can call US Embassy and gets some protective help since his son is under age as well as a US Citizen.
