I know that this site is visited by Dawat-e-Hadiyah and other people from Kothar. I have only one word of caution for their new brain breaking idea for ID card info. In these forms they are asking for the HEALTH INFORMATION of the people. This is in complete violation of HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 1996 also known as HIPPA. All one need to do is send a copy of these forms to HHS and other Govt. agencies you might be in violation. the minimum fine for each violation is $ 25,000.00

Vazarat us Saifiyah has instructed all Ummal to distribute a data collection form to mumineen. This form collects demographic information that will be used for a universal "eJamaat" ID card. Once mumineen have completed the form, they will be issued their card.

All registration at future miqaat, beginning with Ashara Mubaraka 1425H, will require an eJamaat ID. Registration, Accommodation, and Wa`az seating passes will be issued based on the data collected, so accuracy is essential.

As such, Janaab Quresh Bhai Saheb has instructed that the forms for each of the head of the family and their family members will be filled in on Sunday 10th ZilHajja (February 1st) immediately following Eid-il-Adha Majlis at Markaz.
Please be sure to fill out the forms on this day, especially if you plan on attending Ashara 1425H with Huzurala TUS this year.

I cant beleive this,is it really true?Are we bohris so foolish and dumb as to accept all and anything in the name of religion?What has height, weight,photographs got to do with religion?If this information is important so that aqa moula can do something about it, make a dua to make you taller/thinner/or beautifull. Isn't this another way of slavery. Islam came to abolish the slavery. But this Kothar criminals (self appointed masters) are introducing it.
