We have been informed that you have accepted
invitation from the Bohra High Priest Syedna Muhammad
Burhanuddin to inaugurate Saifee Hospital on 28th May
in Mumbai. We wish to submit the following facts for
your kind consideration :
1) Syedna Sahib is highly controversial personality.
He has been violating human rights of his own
followers by denying them free expression of their
opinion on several religious, political and social
issues. He is highly authoritarian in his functioning
and has ruthlessly enforced his dictates. Any dissent
is severely punished through ex-communication and
religious and social persecution.
2) Ex-communication results in total disruption of
family life. Old marriages are forcibly dissolved,
children are forcibly separated from parents and
professionals stand to loose their Bohra clientele.
Thousands of families have been disrupted .
3) He and his family members incite violent attacks on
those who do not submit to his dictates despite
pressures. The undersigned was attacked near fatally
five times in last twenty-five years.
4) Large number of reformist women were attacked in
Udaipur and molested in his presence.
5) He also refuses to account for huge sums of money
he collects every year from his followers. He is known
to stop burial or marriage to collect money. Thus he
is known to use coercion on such delicate occasions to
extort money from his followers.
6) A case against ex-communication is pending against
him in the Supreme Court..
All these facts have been recorded in the Justice
Nathwani Commission and Justice Twetia Commission
reports prepared after thorough investigation. Both
the Commissions consisted of eminent jurists, human
rights activists and academics. I am appending both
the reports for your kind perusal.
I request you to kindly get these reports examined.
They invite eminent personalities like yourself to get
public credibility. I would request you to kindly take
these things into account. It is for your kind
consideration.

I will start with Salams upon you all and not Lanat as you all start with.

Nobody disagrees with the concept of hospital or treating the human beings, nobody disagrees with more hospitals, schols, colleges, welfare places, placement bureaues and alike ... no one can.

The disagreement is on the intent. The intention is bad. They have made this hospital to earn money for themselves and earn name (and I pray I am wrong).

Tell us u burhanis:
How many hospitals your dais have made for human beings or for bohras only? Are they free?

How many schools?

How many colleges?

How many Yateem Khanas?

How many institutes for helping needy bohras?

How many financial institutions?
Only one Qard-e-Hasana Scheme, where too rich ones get the loans or poor are asked to bring gold as security!!

Now compare those to:
Number of Mazars, Qabars, Qubas, Zareehs and alike. I am excluding a few mosques (many of those wre made by the donation of rich bohras). Look at the money they spent at useless Roza-tut-Tahera - what on earth that is giving to bohras (SAWAB, that is my foot!!)

AND leave the issue of burning in hell to God. Who will burn and who will not, rests with Allah. Ture people and people following true path are always lesser in numbers.

(A Vision - A Wish - A Bounty)

Huzurala (tus) said in a bayan on the 9th of Moharram 1426 H that, "I,
Mumluko Ale Mohammed, have built the Saifee Hospital in remembrance of my
revered father Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) and in his name. The Khidmat
Guzaars who have uundertaken this project have strived that it is 'One of
the best hospitals with most modern equipments'. Moula (tus) prayed for the
completion of the project and expressed his desire that the inauguration of
the grand hospital, with the best medical facilities, be held during the
occasion of the Milad of Imamuz Zaman (as) and his own 94th Milad Mubarak.

Saifee Hospital is a pearl in a necklace, a wonderful and beautiful peace of
architecture at Charni Road in Mumbai, India. The entire structure of the
Saifee hospital is built with a blend of Fatemi and modern architecture. The
hospital has become an important landmark of Mumbai. The exterior of the
hospital reflects the past and modernity in its eye-catching design. It is
the only building in Mumbai with 3 level basements and is 45 ft below ground
level, a part of which is below the sea level and underwater. The Saifee
Hospital has 10 floors and is the tallest building in Mumbai. The height of
the entire building is about 175 ft above ground level.

Use of modern technology is to the highest extent. Solar energy will be used
for boilers and heating purposes. Linen and laundry as well as sterilization
will be done with highest precautions and used tools and linen will be
transported to the plant and re-sent from different outlets.

The Saifee hospital is the only hospital in Mumbai having all the diagnostic
departments, facilities and equipment for all ailments.

The Saifee Hospital is the only hospital in Mumbai having a water
desalination and purification plant to WHO standards. Water is purified to
such an extent that it could be used for intake from any tap from within the
hospital.

The hospital has two generators that can take over in case of emergency
power failure within 10 seconds so that any treatments, especially
operations are not suffered.

It is the only hospital in Mumbai where an entire floor is dedicated to
alternative medicine like yoga. Physiotherapy, fitness center, library and
auditorium are also located on this floor.

Another floor is dedicated to operation theatres and maternity wards. The
Saifee Hospital consists of seven OTs in all. The OTs have a special
lighting system that is the only one of its kind in India, these special
lights are helpful especially during in-depth surgeries. Special cameras are
fixed for monitoring and watching the operation with the consent of the
patient. This would enable the doctors to consult any other doctor anywhere
around the world during an operation in case of emergencies.

The hospital was built in about 4 years and will be officially inaugurated
on the 6th of June 2005, Inshallah, on the occasion of the 94th milad
mubarak of Aqamola (tus). It is Huzurala's dua mubarak that patients return
from this hospital fully cured.

Those who are blind can be cured. Eye donation can help. BUT those who have 'sight' but ignore to see the 'light' cannot be helped at all.

Bohras are like that only. Their limit is till Dai only. They cannot see beyond that. What Burhan does or says HAS to be right and correct. Whatever someone else says has to be wrong and incorrect. That is their vision and interpretation of religion and even life.

For a change Burhan took pains to built that hospital. Money was extracted from all bohras and after a long period it has been completed. There must be reasons for that. Otherwise this 'investment' could have gone to make some Zareeh, Qubah, Roza or something like that. Burhan is making bohras a cult of human being and grave worshipers. His investments in mazars and rozas gives higher returns as there are limited costs but if he builts schools, colleges, hospitals, Yateem Khanas, and other institutes to help bohras would have higher costs and lesser returns, so he would not do that.

Just compare his investments in Rozas and qubahs and zareehs to investments in schools/colleges/hospitals etc.

Shout for his long life, but he is after all a Fanee Insaan and has to die one day as his 'great' father. He is turning 94 and after him, see what happens.

I know atleast 20 people in my own small town of 3000 bohris who were staunch followers of the dai and went broke..they are worse than beggers now and the kothar refuses to help them.....two people even lost their houses in auction...there are hundreds of blind followers of the so called aqua maula who suffer with handicapping deseases like arthritis etc....they cant even walk to jamatkhana and masjid now and live a miserable life.....would u care to establish a connection between these miseries and attitude towards maula as u promptly did in the case of Adamji Peerbhai?
