Sayedna Saheb's administration is a dilema. They always had managed to place one of their representatives on Muslim Peronal Law Board. Now there are two board Shia ans Sunni. Ismailis (Khojas) have already said we have nothing to do with Shia Muslim Personal Law Board's new Nikahnama. Lets see what Dawoodi Bohra religious establishment have to say? And where will Kothar place his representative?

Has DB's Sayedna Burhanuddin accepted Model Nikahnama giving rights to Divorce to wife ?If yes, since when and how its implemented. On what grounds wife can ask for divorce in DB's model nikahnama.

can someone explain the model nikahnama(clauses of marriage contract)and model talakhnama.
