Terrorism is use or threat to use of politically motivated organized violence (including use of WMD and “pre-emptive” unprovoked violence) which strives to polarize civil society or world community and to hold unlimited, absolute and unilateral control over civil society or multi-lateral, multi-racial and multi-ethnic world bodies in order to establish and defend social order or world order by re-structuring power relations among social classes, nation states and trade blocks, within a state or between nation states by state or non-state actors.

You sure this is not the definition of Sunni Islam?
As a matter of fact, it is the definition of both Shia & Sunni Islamism that bifurcated from the mainstream Islam. Ungodly as it is and strangely enough, both Shia-ism and Sunni-ism further branched off into several sects into selfish mini communities such as the Dawoodi Bohras or the Aga Khanies.
