Saddam has gone..when will Burhanuddin go?

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

Saddam has gone..when will Burhanuddin go?

And how about Burhanuddin Qusay(Muffaddal) and Uday(Qaid Johar). Will they follow their daddy footsteps?

Will we see the day when bohras go out to the street with joy, stepping on Burhanuddin pictures and doing mattam of joy. Oh! It will be an amazing side to behold

After 24 years of tyranny and cruelty Saddam has fallen from his thrown..

Please God, help us remove Burhanuddin and khotar tyranny. We beseech you. Amen

Jinx

Why do you say such things? Whatever the issues in our community, i find it hard to understand the hatred that is in your heart.

What personal crime have the persons you mentioned done to you or your family? Are you a victim of 'bharaat' that you have been agrieved so?

I pity you. I have been an angry man for many years now. I try and manage my anger at the injustices i see on a day to day basis. With you i fear the bile that swells in your heart has poisoned your whole body and mind. Even if you call don't call yourself a mumin as a Muslim you should not say such things.

I challenge you to explain your hatred that it may be the first step in your healing and a path to inner peace

brother Shaikh: That was awfully nice of you to counsel Jinx- She is a rebelious young woman as i get it from her writings but she needs to exercise restraint in her thoughts & writings- Lately I have become a disciple of great Saint Kabir & enjoy reading & learning his dohas & i try best to restrain myself as my family has suffered so much from this misdirected baraats-

Excellent question. I guess very soon alongwith all his 'chamchas' and idolworshipers. A lot of arrogance and greed is currently taking place within this so-called 'holy family' as to who might take the 'gold and silver' next. The Dawoodi Bohra Community is gradually but surely falling apart, another one of those "DYING REGIMES" as one can clearly see it happening.

No one can understand what someone feels until they walk a mile in their shoes. Are you willing to walk in my 4inch heels for a mile? :)

The person mentioned above is the root of evil in our bohra community. If he was not in the system, do you think people will use his name in vain?

for being victimize by bharat, i guess we have come pretty close to it. lose of dignity, lose of a lot of money, loss of ..bal..bla..bla

At least I am venting it here where there is no chance for me to get barat..right? It is better than the community that sucks big time

I need reasonable explanations for my questions not idiotic replies on why we do many humiliating things as part of our religion(bohrisme)

The pain still exists even after you threw them away. Jinx mentioned 4inch and not 5. You seem to have an extra inch of pain, an 'extra burden' (your leader) that has not been taken care of.
he will always be arround
That's just not possible!!! He is about to depart soon.

Dear Danish,

"That's just not possible!!! He is about to depart soon"

The "pain" will always be there. Another will take his place.

To talk about when will the present dai go and map that to current world events doesn't do anything except fuel the fanaticism of those kotharis that you despise so much and entrench the present position of the existing apparatus of our community. You cannot reform by ranting. Instead it is my opinion that reform can only come from winning the argument and the battle for ideas. Of late i have noticed that this forum has been used to post alegations that are blatently unverifiable. When you use this forum to express hatred and anger, you cannot reasonably expect to effect any meaningful change.
