As far as i know this propoganda is going on since long time..intial aproach was to demolish muslims financially tht they couldn't achieve now they've started killing muslims for e.g. Riots in Gujarat.

As salam!
Well technique is too old and prooving a big weapon even today. Not only Bohra Prieshood it is used extentivly by other's too.

Dalits in Bihar and in Haryana is best examples of that.

Even during riots in Gujrat, it was experienced at few places.
