We should show solidarity with Sikhs in this event as the matter of fact its target was Muslims and they were mistaken. However the sikhs are victims and we should send our condolences.

The point about dadhi and topi one has to be careful in whatever country where one does not foolishly impose their identity and become victims. This is sad but true reality. I am not saying become cowards and remove dadhi but be aware and vigilant. DBs across the planet had started wearing Pehran in large numbers since last Ramadan itself and have completely switched to wearing Pehran for Namaaz almost everywhere in the world from the beginning of this Ramadan. So you would be seeing DBs in pehran globally on 23rd night just as they had been wearing the pehran throughout this Ramadan already; hopefully in a brand new pehran for 23rd night. And Bohra women shall continue to wear Rida as always, even tonight while they travel to their respective Masjid or Markaz they have to wear their Rida; only within the Masjid or Markaz inside the women only area/enclosure meant for women worshippers only they would be offering the prayers in their new jodis.
