recently I have noticed where ever i go people call me burhani and not dawoodi bohra. even my dealers with whome i do business call bohras burhani these days.

i really liked this new name burhani rather then dawoodi bohras :D

and I personally think name dawoodi bohra is little old fashion now....time to renew it with name of DAI zamaan.....

Really sir you are very lucky as you get very very intelligent dealer who recognized you that you are true follower of his Holiness syedna Moh. burhanuddin saheb(t.u.s.).Yes i am also agree with you that time to reconstruct the Dawoodi bohara as Burhani Bohara.

and this new name will also get us an opportunity to get rid of other bohras who call them self dawoodi, but do not believe in DAI zamaan.

this will be a new and great identity for us and our new generations.

all this name game will be here only one will consider himself extremely lucky if on the day of judgement allah swt recognises you as a true god fearing muslim and mumin.

Where do you people get these ideas from? This isn't Islam but some other religion. This is what the Quran teaches in 3 lines.

we consider none of our amal is quite powerful or mukammal that it can take us to jannah, so we do amal and ask for wasila of people who have reached to kurb of ALLAH SUBHANU.

thats the way to reach salvation.....

IBLIS did so much worship but finally wore belt of lanat in his neck just because he rejected walayat of ADAM.

this is the same concept still running in world, no matter how much people do worship Allah but if they dont submit to raza naa saheb they are bond to hell fire.

And that deen is not Islam but walayatism.

First we need to figure out if the raza naa saheb himself is bound for hell or not. If he is bound for hell, then there is no need to submit to him. If the current corrupt Dai is your raza naa saheb, then you are screwed royally (pun intended). :wink:

By the way, I have proven you idiots to be misguided and not following Quran. Fire your Islamic teacher if you want to attain salvation.

It doesn't matter for the discussion at hand. Consider wal asr to be a promise of Allah that only those who have faith, do good deeds, invite people to the truth and invite people to have patience are the ones who are not amongst those who are lost.

I too have come across many arabs, referring Bohras as Burhani Bohra and they think bohras are a trading sect from India.

Zaman of 52nd Dai is already known as Burhani Daur.

I saw a small surprise. Member from Kuwait can verify.

There is a famous Translation Agency in Mirqaab area, owned by a devout hardcore dedicated abde; Shop had a huge board with Name “ Burhani Translation” Few weeks back I saw the Board name reads “Mufaddal Translation” . Found the change a little amusing !

Chadte Suraj ko sab salaam karte hai … Dhalte Suraj ko bhool jaate hain !!

I beg your pardon for using this slang word. Unfortunately, this is the sudden reaction came out, when I read the posts.
I think they are going to start our religion which based on Islam which will deem to be following Islamic rules in initial phase.
Later, only Allah will know where these people will lead the so called innocent followers (abdes).
