Mediation Farman

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

in that case:

1. you will have to involve a zaada as mediator
2. the zaada will first screw you
3. next the amil will screw you also, to add insult to injury
4. your wajebaat will be doubled
5. you will be relegated to the last saf in masjid/markaz
6. you will get only 1 biscuit for iftaar, no chai
7. you will be denied raza for your own mayyat, but will have to leave behind a fakhir rakam for amil so he can pray fateha over your ladwa/kheer/daalgosht

conclusion:

you cannot have a problem with your amil.

Hey, Al Dhul Fitqaar:
B4 publicly displaying your bewaqoofi and intense heat of Hasad, it would have done you some good (i doubt it very much though!) if you had taken trouble to read the PDF document posted by equally biased SBM. It clearly describes the downside of litigating a dispute, and encourages all mumineen like me (not likes of you) to resolve our differences internally. It further states how other mumineen who are experts in relevant fields can help their brothers in amicably arriving at a win-win situation. Of course, an Aamil, who is sent by our beloved Aqa Maula (TUS) for khair-khwahi of mumineen, is also there to offer his advice based on his experience. Nowhere this article says that "Thou shalt use Aamil as the sole arbitrator".

ADMIN, this is a perfect example of how this site is being viewed by us Mamluks as a "Place to visit for entertainment"! No truth, no substance, just manipulations, twists, and empty words of stupidity exhibiting dushmani and jealousy. Lagey raho U Muddais!

Frankly speaking, Amils are not qualified to resolve domestic/ civil / criminal / commercial disputes. Most likely, it is going to be biased arbitration by justice going in the favour of Fakhir Najwa side !

I have experienced pathetic and logicless judgements by amils in above matters. They usually sweep away the real concern down the carpet and force a settlement in name of “Aqa Maula” leaving dissatisfaction amongst the parties which leads to bigger problems.

The above farman is another tactic to score points from gullible bohras as well as make hay while bohras fight. Lawyers fees can be well channeled towards wajebat / najwas / salaam / hoob for the upliftment of “royal family”

Soon we will hear, system of payments to settle cases, Vazarat-us-saifiyah would come up with department of Justice with its own-styled court rooms.

marmalade-e-syedna,

idiot, before you start foaming at the mouth and going berserk like a mad cow displaying signs of bovine disease, first see what my answer is in response to. brother sbm has asked 'what if one has problem with amil'?

the intent of his question is that not one everyone trusts the amil, in fact the amil is hated by most abdes as he lords it over them, bullies them and extorts money from them, he oppresses people in the name of mola and harasses them for simple matters. most amils favour those abdes who shower money and ziyafats on them and keep inviting them for jamans, picnics and bbq's.

now to solve the problem with your own amil, whom would you call as a mediator? that was the thrust of bhai sbm's question and instead of taking the time to digest simple facts, you rush into abusing and swinging a dead cat in a fine china store! but beta, you are not to be blamed. its the lessons taught to you in your sabaks. your view is that anyone who opposes any of the dai's farmaans and questions their ayyashi and haramkhori must be roundly abused and termed as dai na dushman, muddai amd munafiq, when all those epithets are reserved for mentally incompetent and gullible fools like you who are practicing shirk and participating in kufr.

come back when you have replaced your blown gaskets and valves, otherwise how will you become a perfect marmalade e syedna?

The Rajnish has started Rajnishpuram in US. In this puram he has started his own justice system, security etc.
The late Morarji Desai has described the kothar as government within government. I think slowly DBs are heading governed by parallel government.

In future they may buy an island and packed all abdes there!

aamil and khair khwahi don't get together first of all... Aamil Sahebs (except a few here and there, a rare breed) nowadays are an epitome of greed and power hungriness... The people here are not Dai na Dushmano but against the practices or I must say mal-practices happening in our community at present.
