I know Kothari Mafia does visit this forum, would not be surprised if they have a full time monitor
So here is the suggestion to them for their lost revenue
Every US Citizen has received $ 1200.00 stimulus check and every Abde/ Amte is required to pay 20% Khums on this amount and since Khums only belongs to Dai, they have gold pot since they already have a complete list of US Abdes/Amtes ( One has to declare their citizenship when registering for ITS)
So may be they can send out the farman and implement collection on this extra ordinary income.

Khums is a mandatory payment on any and all income to the wali of zaman. During zuhoor zaman, Waliul Hind used to collect khums. Duat mutlaqeen have a long tradition to not enforce collection of khums too much.
Khums is to be used by Imam or dai in whatever way they want to. It doesn't necessarily be spent in people's welfare.
So, what duat mutlaqeen have done instead is make other payments mandatory such as sabeel (for upkeep of masajids), niyaz (food in jumaat) and qardan Hasanat.
Now while khums has a fixed percentage, these other payments are not fixed and can be changed as per your wish. If you want to pay more, you can. If you want to pay less, you can negotiate. Also not paying these is not a gunah unlike khums

In previous post I did say Khums (which is mostly Shia practice) is applicable only on the extraordinary gain on your assets and NOT ALL INCOME.
Zakat is mandatory on any and all income
You even agree that you used wrong words and corrected yourself and once again you post the same.
