New site design

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

New site design

As you must have noticed, we havelaunched the new look-and-feel of the site and coincidentally it also marks 10 years of its existence.

We've reorganized and streamlined the content and also added a global search engine. Of course, there's a lot more content to come, we'll keep adding it from time to time. Also, we would like to appeal to members to send in their written contributions or other documents, articles or literature they might want to share with others.

The message board remains the same except for the new header and footer. The board is based on an old cgi system with very limited features, upgrading it to something like php would have meant losing all the posts and members etc. We figured it is best to keep it the way it is than start from scratch. Unless if anybody has and would like to volunteer their expertise to help us import this cgi system into a PHPBB board we would like to hear from them.

Hope the new site improves your experience. If you find any errors/bugs please report them here.

Tip: The site is best viewed in Firefox and IE7 browsers. IE6 may give you issues.

Thank you all for your support over the years.

Admin,
Congrats for the new designed website. A good job well done.

Hey Gulf:
please shut up for a change and mind your own bloody business!. You have no business suggesting changes to the Progressives. If you have any urge or the cravings to do so, why don't you ask the bloody Kotharis to make changes to their oppression, human right abuses and corruption records?

Gulf, you are a sort of a negative degenerate who when he or she sees any flowers, always and invariably looks for a funeral.

Hussain_KSA,

Photos normally have copyright issues so it's best to give a link to the site where they belong. However, if you've photos that belong to you which you would like to share then we can create albums. But the photos must have context and theme to be relevant.

Thanks,

Admin

Dear Admin,

Thanks for your response. I think the Album Idea will work. I wanted to send some pictures of Hajj, Makkah, new development plan etc. Thease picture are for common intrest. There should be a system where first the administrator or modrator should go through the picutre before posting it to album to avoid the controversy and immorality.

Thanks

ADMIN

What a web site you have created! We are so lucky to have you in our side - would drop the Kothar, Ricky Ponting, Tendlukar, Gavaskar or even the Great Sir Garfield Sobers to honor you in the team!

God Bless.
