By those standards all geographic borders are artificial and contested. Pakistan and Israel I believe were both formed in the same year. Apart from geography you should start taking some lessons in history too. No land was stolen for the creation of Pakistan. Israel was created on land stolen from the Palestinians.

AB, you misunderstand me. Yes, all borders are arbitrary, and I'm in favour of abolishing them. But the reality on the ground is different. I reluctantly accept the status quo and international law protecting it. Within this framework, invasion and occupation of foreign land is not acceptable. True, Israel was created on a lie but now it has become the truth, and I've no problem with that. The problem is its occupation of Palestinian lands.
