in the Quran there is a mention of this statement many a times " Whomsoever Allah (B) guides, none can lead astray, and whomsoever He sends astray, none can guide " what could be the meaning of this statement please if anyone can advice.

Also lots of experts articles and comments that I have read here so I am sure to get an help, why is it that in Quran after every 5 verses Allah has kept praising himself " Ever Knowing Ever Wise, Most Merciful, Only One, etc. " I mean Rasul himself was truly following the verses that were coming down to him and his followers were also believing in him to be telling the truth. So why was the self praising essential for Allah to do. I mean if a boss in office keeps praising himself no matter how good he is the staff would feel agitated.

Allah is not self praising he dont need any praise, he is teaching us "humans" about how to praise ALLAH, he is teaching us his NAMES which are known as "ASMA UL HUSNA", this is all for our own benefits, as far as guidance is concern, those people who are full of ego, self praise, and those who mock Quran will be misguided as per QURAN. wallah ho alam.

whole creation praises ALLAH but he uses his name in QURAN to teach humans how to praise and ask dua.

I am glad you are trying to learn but if you will search such answers on shia or sunni forums you will get better replies. those guys can give you more in-depth answers with more references to hadith and Quran itself.
