Court Case of Saify Mahal in Bombay

There is a news/rumor in town that Mazoon Sahib has won the court case of Saify Mahal's Claim in some of the courts in Bombay in recent days.
Does any one knows any details about this.
Also is there any connection between this and the purchase of "Cama House".
Can anyone give any authentic reference to this for the benefit of the 'Community'.

DAWAT E HADIYAH'S IS DIVIDED IN TWO

Based on the recent Saify Mahal news, Estates of the Dawat E Hadiyah is being divided in two parts, one for Aqa moula and Second for Mazon Saheb Khozema Bhaisaheb. Saify Mahal and Badri Mahal will be given to Khozema Bhai Saheb. The new Burhani Mahal (being bought from Cama family in 108-crores) will become the place for Aqa Moula and Shezadas in coming months. Badri Mahal is being renovated removing all offices to hand over to Mazoon Saheb in few months.

Why this is being done?
Reason is that the Late Sayedna Taher Safuddin Saheb had promised in writing to make Khozema Bhai Saheb the 53rd Daiul Mutlaq. Becuase of this written document, Sayedna Mohammad Burhanuddin Saheb is unable to do NUS to any one else. He was waiting for the early death of Khozema Saheb (cancer), but it appears that Khozema Saheb may survive longer than the Sayedna and further wait may not help any one. The power struggle was going on for the last many years and was becoming severe in the last few years. Both parties were ready for the show down but some how compromise formula was found out and both parties agreed to the solution in writing. The Vasiyat of Late Sayedna was bought over and sold in Crores of rupees.

One can guess easily why the Shilo fitre rate has gone up to $19 when the other Muslims are paying only $8 and vajebats in thousands and our 95-years old Aqa Moula has to travel Africa, Dubai and Kuwait again and again!

Should we expect a formal announcement of the intended 53rd dai soon?

I hope this doesn't lead to a new wave of visits and ziyafats by the dai-in-waiting!

Huzefa bhai you have ressurected this topic at the right time, so this means that there was already a split in the community for past decade, and Cama House has been bought by Qasre Burhani and Kothar for their operations.
So my questions are:
1.If people within the Dawat Organization already knew about this split, why do they all look surprised and shocked with the turn of events?
2. According to the article of Mumineen brother, he has mentioned about a letter from Syedna Taher Saifuddin conferring Nuss on SKQ saheb?
3. why are they running a propoganda against SKQ when they knew that he was the rightful successor?
4. If Saify Mahal and Badri Mahal are under SKQ's name, then why is he granting them time to stay on his properties?
5. And if he has won the case for the will, than why is MS compelling against him!

Cama House has been bought by Qasre Burhani and Kothar for their operations.

The deal was called off at the last moment as it got them negative publicity. The property was then sold off to some Hindu builder.

There is a metaphor that " Loha lohey ko kath tha hain", loha garam hain, agar muffy ke log aisi language use kar rahey hain, humko bhi aisi language se hi unko samjhana padega, jab jang chir hee gayi hain toh kis baat ki chupam chupai. Arrey true bohra bhai.....so u mean to say Muffy has presented authentic source of information, he did not even remember the date on which Moula did Nass on him (he should have atleast studied it properly but no he was too busy in ayashi), he was hesitating and looked nervous when he did Zikr of it, he brought some old rustic diary and reading word to word what seem to be fabricated story and in Hazrat of Aqa Burhanuddin Moula (RA) why were people who were just khidmatguzars present as witness as compared to several hudoods from the family were absent, all these three witnesses have passed away (murhoom).
